What this collection is. The short list for a darker, quieter bedroom: a contoured mask that keeps pressure off your eyes, a cordless wooden lamp for the nightstand, and a diffuser quiet enough to leave running.

What it is not. None of this treats insomnia, and we will not claim it does. If you are not sleeping at all, the thing to change is not on this page.

Bedroom temperature and humidity for sleepThe full guide
Does lavender actually help you sleep?
The honest version: the evidence is modest. Small trials find people report falling asleep a little easier and rating their sleep as better; nothing shows lavender sedates anyone. What a scent reliably does is act as a repeated cue, and a repeated cue is most of what a wind-down routine is.
Can I leave a diffuser running all night?
You do not need to. The Wood-Grain Aroma Diffuser holds 200 ml and runs on a timer of up to two hours, which is enough to scent a bedroom. Running it all night mostly means refilling it more often — the nose stops registering a constant scent long before morning.
Is a mask better than blackout curtains?
A mask travels, costs a fraction, and blocks the light that curtains miss — the glow of a charger, a partner's screen, a hallway. Curtains win on comfort if you dislike anything on your face. The contour shape exists for exactly that objection: the foam sits on the brow and cheekbone, not on the eyelid.
Is the mask washable?
Spot clean and air dry. No machine wash.
What should I change first?
Light, then temperature, then scent — in that order of effect. The mask is the cheapest of the three and the one that changes the most on its first night.
