Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. If an item is out of stock, priced in error, or cannot ship to your address, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.

Shipping

We ship inside the United States only. Our shipping policy is part of these terms.

Product information

We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colors on your screen can differ slightly from the object in your room.

Nothing we sell is a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Safety

Our oil warmers use a tealight, which is an open flame. Read the safety notes on the product page before first use, and never leave a lit tealight unattended. We are not responsible for damage caused by using a product in a way its instructions warn against.

Payment

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Returns

Our refund policy is part of these terms.
