Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $39. Under $39 it is a flat $4.95. We ship inside the United States only.

Occasionally up to 14 days, when customs or a busy season slows a parcel.

How long it takes

Your order leaves the warehouse within 2 business days. Most orders arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. A customs check or a busy season can stretch that to 3.

Tracking

You get an order confirmation right away. On the day your parcel ships, a second email arrives with the tracking number and a link. You can follow it from there.

Duties and import charges

Import charges are included in the price you pay. Nothing is due when the parcel arrives. If a carrier ever bills you for one, send the receipt to hello@weralis.com and we refund it in full.

If something goes wrong

A parcel that stops moving, arrives damaged, or never turns up is our problem, not yours. Write to hello@weralis.com with your order number. Our refund policy covers what happens next.
